• Lead the Financial ReportingProcess: Take charge of the monthly closing process and ensurestrict adherence to established reporting deadlines. •Supervise Accounting Team: Review and approve the work carried outby the accounting team, which includes journals, reconciliations,reports, and analyses. When necessary, perform accounting tasks,corrections, and reconciliations. • Handle ComplexAccounting Topics: Assume responsibility for intricate accountingmatters, including but not limited to Purchase Price Allocation(PPA) for new acquisitions, impairment testing, share optionsaccounting, provisions, and more. • Prepare FinancialStatements: Prepare annual financial statements for the entiregroup while also reviewing local financial statements to ensurecompliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines.• Manage the Audit Process: Coordinate and oversee theannual audit process, serving as the primary point of contact forgroup auditors. • Establish Accounting Policies andProcedures: Develop, manage, and implement group accountingpolicies and procedures, ensuring consistent compliance andapplication across all entities within theorganization
