As an Account Manager - Client Services you will be responsible for:Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.Reviewing all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.Ensuring that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Management about problems that may arise and suggesting solution and implementing them.Approving Invoices, and responsible for payment collections.Working closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.Ensuring that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.Communicating the client's goals and representing the client's interests to the team.Providing regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.Reporting to the Management, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.Job SpecificationThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Business Management/Marketing Graduate1-2 Years of prior experience in a Sales/Support/Client Services environmentExcellent Communication Skills in English are a mustProfessional Level Skills in Microsoft OfficeCandidates with experience of working with projects related to Website Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Advertising and SEO will be preferred however this is not a must.
