Senior Manager Procurement Nedo Corporation, Pakistan Handle full spectrum of purchasing functionsResponsible for sourcing, selection and negotiation with suppliers to strive for the best commercial and delivery termsMust have knowledge of IT Equipments (Servers, Networking Equipments, Desktop, Laptops, Switches and Routers) vendors.Evaluate vendors quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications requiredAdvise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms ConditionsIn charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedulesManage purchasing cycle including request for quotation, PO creation, PO follow up, goods receipt and supplier billingResolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendorsEvaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.Prepare data or reports to support purchase strategy and cost down analysisResponsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirementsUndertake any other ad-hoc duties as assignedJob Specification The key skills required for the role are:organizationNegotiationPersuasionInterpersonal skillsMust possess excellent computer skills (Microsoft applications Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a high energy and fast-paced environment with critical and tight schedulesGood team player Information Technology and Services - Karachi, Pakistan
