Pharmacy Services Manager Al Mustafa Welfare Society, Pakistan Oversees the smooth operations of the pharmacy services department and the chain of pharmacies under AMWS umbrella.Make sure that customers are prescribed the correct medicineEnsure the pharmacy complies with state regulationsCommunicate effectively with customers relating to queries and issuesEnsure staff provide high standards of customer service to customersAssist in the onboarding process of new hiresTrain staff in prioritizing customer orders and delivering them efficientlyInstruct staff to always interact professionally and courteously to customersMaintaining an approved drug and controlled substances list and verifying expiry dates.Monitoring product displays and shelves, as well as the general appearance of the pharmacy.Addressing customers' requests and complaints.Prepare hours schedule for subordinates along with time off and timesheets submission to HR essential for payroll processing.Supervise entire inventory management related to chain of pharmacies and maintain an approved drug list.Interact and maintain positive customer relationsIdentify opportunities to add value to customers catered by suggesting varied sale items benefiting customer.Verify record's accuracy either daily or weekly commensurate to prescription volume.Job SpecificationQualification: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from a recognized universityA Bachelor's degree in business administration, or an equivalent qualification preferred.Experience: 3 to 5 years of demonstrable experience in a managerial capacity at chain of pharmacies.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong time-management, staff management and organizational skillsSelf-driven and motivated to increase efficiency and performanceIn-depth knowledge of the pharmaceuticals uses and side effects of prescription drugs and controlled substances.Advanced knowledge of protocols regulating the safe storage of prescription drugs and controlled substances.Exceptional communication skills in advising customers and managing employees.Ability to proactively follow up any irregularities with scripts processed at the pharmacy.Competency in IT Skills and pharmacy management software System.
