Business Analyst AAA Software Solutions, Pakistan AAA Software Solutions is looking for a business analyst will take full responsibility and focus on driving growth and business strategy. Ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, data and have strong leadership qualities.IDEAL QualificationBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred2 - 3 years of experience in business process documentation, design, and analysis; business process workflow preferable (additional experience in lieu of degree would be considered)Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and schedule and meet deadlinesThorough understanding of the software development lifecycleStrong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret needs and translate them into application and operational requirementsProven ability to work with users, offshore business team, and developers to define and document solutions to business requirementsProven experience of UML modeling, and the development of use case documents and other UML diagramsProven ability to understand IT projects and concepts as they relate to high-level business objectives and business processes, and the ability to effectively present those concepts to both IT and non-IT audiencesAbility to draw system and application architecture diagramsSkills in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Dynamics preferred but not requiredStrong communication skills (written and verbal) in EnglishProven ability to interact with various levels of an organizationExcellent facilitation, training and presentation skillsJob SpecificationRESPONSIBILITIESCommunication and coordination with business team from manager to CEO level to collect and understand business requirementsAct as a liaison between offshore business team and local development and QA teamsDesign and development of use cases, high level application and system architecture documents and diagrams, data flow diagrams, etc.Ensure that system requirements meet business needs and that the business is able to fully integrate and implement new systems and/or system featuresElicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, task and workflow analysis Information Technology and Services - Lahore, Pakistan
