The company was founded on May 29 1933 andis headquartered in Dhahran Saudi Arabia.Job Summary We areseeking an Instrumentation Engineer to join our GlobalManufacturing Organization within our Technical Support team. Thetechnical support team is a multidisciplinary organization withinterface to technical and in some cases business supportrequirements for our Global Manufacturing Admin Area. Its functioncaters mainly to the technical needs across our GlobalManufacturing operating facilities. Your primary role will be tohandle instrumentation and metering engineering aspects. This willinclude designing developing installing managing and maintainingmetering systems across multiple facilities from the DownstreamHeadquarters. You will also be responsible for providing technicalsupport on high priority metering systems issues.Responsibilities: Provide technical guidance support trainingand expertise to plant departments. Monitorthe performance of instrumentation and metering systems across alldownstream departments. Assess the performanceof metering and instrumentation systems and recommend improvementsfor system optimization. Develop and maintainlifecycle management activities for metering and instrumentationsystems. Establish auditing guidelines andconduct frequent audits of metering systems andinstruments. Lead the development of newstrategies and validate the feasibility of improving companyproductivity. Ensure manufacturing knowledgeis captured in the knowledge repository and deliver continuousimprovement through benchmarking and best practices.Conduct awareness sessions and lead technical exchangesand conferences. Maintain the Instrumentationand metering system knowledge repository. Actas a subject matter expert in Instrumentation and metering systemsand contribute to troubleshooting activities.Requirements: Willing to permanently relocateat Dhahran Saudi Arabia. Hold aBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineeringor a related discipline. Possess a minimum of12 years of experience in refining oil and gas plants orpetrochemical industries. Proficiency in thecodes and standards relevant to the oil and gas industry includingAPI BS ISO ASME ANSI IEC ISA IEEE etc. is essential.Have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in thefield of metering systems. Be familiar withvarious field instrument types and their applications.Possess a working knowledge of oil and gasrelated plantprocesses. Oil,Gas,Refinery,Instrument,Petrochemical
