Senior Manager Administration

We are looking for Senior Manager Administration for a reputable school based in Karachi.Bachelor / Masters in any discipline with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing administration of large employee base at a well-known / large sized organization Job Specification He / She will be reporting to Regional Director.Responsible for complete arrangements for annual events, conferences, seminars and other functions of the organization.Manage the entire administration function in the location independently, under the guidance of Director Administration.Manage a team of staff members to discharge these responsibilities and will need to work closely with the senior executives in the FirmPlan, organize, direct and control the work activities of the team members in order to provide prompt and efficient services to internal customersResponsible for ensuring facilities management, including utility operation and maintenance, for all offices in the locationImplement travel and accommodation policy of the Firm for visitors and new joiners (employees) in coordination with other departmentsAnalyzing the need, developing and executing the support systems and putting in place required systems for services like security, safety, housekeeping, preventive maintenance, pantry operations, reprographics, office stationery and parking managementResponsible for transport management, including company owned vehicles (if any) and parking management in office precinctsProvide necessary support to employees of the Firm on policies related to car lease scheme etc by coordinating the same with select vendors
