Analyst PMO- (ERP) - Islamabad

Analyst PMO (Project Management Office) is a key contributor in devising, coordinating and implementation of finance & business digital solutions, ERP (Oracle / SAP), and finance process revamp, by utilizing project management best practices while managing stakeholders, cross functional teams and on-spot problem resolution.The role reports directly to the Manager Business Process Re-engineering.What does Analyst PMO- (ERP) do?Provide the ERP (Oracle / SAP) and finance projects with agile or waterfall planning, execution management, governance, and reporting supportMonitor and track milestones and schedules; inclusive of status, dependencies, achievements, and risks/issuesOrganize and conduct escalation, blocker removal, and status meetingsUncover, triage, and highlight impediments impacting an on-time project completionPrepare content for steer co and periodic status reviewsCoordinate across project stakeholders and assist with internal and external communicationCapture and maintain PM documentationAnalyzing business and finance processes for achieving process efficiency and digitalizationJazz is an equal opportunity employer.
