Activities may include, but are not limited to:Provide thorough application and technical consulting by communicating directly with customers.Administer product recommendations that include: samples, technical support, and pricing on demand.Update team on territory reviews.Provide price and mix management through pricing inquiry tool and opportunity management through applicable systems.Capture data in applicable systems, such as RTS, and Salesforce.Conduct applications assessment and troubleshooting.Develop and supply product quotes.Uncover customer needs and new opportunities.Gather information on all products.Accumulate product knowledge of all applicable products.Follow-up with customers on samples and orders.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.4 - 5 years of technical and product knowledge experience neededAdditional InformationSolid knowledge of Industry, products and applications preferred.Strong written, verbal and telephone skills.Strong customer service skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong technical aptitude
