• Implement agreed work programswith individuals/groups in and out of the classroom •Assist the teacher in the planning cycle and preparation ofresources • Support students in accessing the curriculumand completing tasks • Work as part of a team to deliverhigh-quality education • Provide assistance to studentswith special educational needs • Create a positive andinclusive learning environment • Maintain records ofstudent progress and behavior • Attend staff meetings andtraining sessions • Collaborate with colleagues to developlesson plans • Communicate effectively with students,parents, and staff Requirements • Experience working withPrimary children is preferred • Highly organized with goodcommunication skills • Motivate students to learn• Experience in a similar role is desirable •Fluent in written and spoken English • Below 50 years old(due to government requirements)
