Project: This is an opportunity towork on a state-of-the-art airport project in Doha. Mace has beendelivering PMC services on the airport for several years,increasing passenger capacity and improving overall services. Yourresponsibilities will include: • Assisting the head in thedelivery of project management requirements for the projects.• Drafting, reviewing, or recommending any projectmanagement related documents as required. • Reviewing andensuring that project management principles are incorporated andapplied. • Identifying, developing, and promotingprogramme and project required project management policies.• Providing progress reports as and when required.• Supervising the planning and implementation of theproject. • Facilitating the definition of project scopeand goals. • Defining project tasks and resourcerequirements. • Developing full scale project plans.• Liaising, coordinating, directing, and monitoring theactivities of project staff, PM/CM, design consultants andcontractors etc.
