Roles & Responsibilities: • Providingdirect patient care. • Ensure correct identification ofpatient and patient privacy maintained. • Assessment,reassessment, and monitoring of patients as per policy. •Assisting physician during physical examination/procedure andcarrying out the doctor's order. Administering medicationfollowing the rights in giving medication. • Evaluatespatients' condition and reports untoward observations tothe treating physician. • Safe handling and storage ofmedication • Ensure proper handover communication.• Meeting total needs of the patients physical,psychological, emotional, and social aspects. • Skill fullexecution of procedures during the management of an emergency. Calmand vigilant while handling an emergency. • Educating thepatient and family based on identified learningneeds.
