What you will enjoy working on: • Leadinglarge cross-functional projects: You will take charge of drivingand managing significant projects aimed at enhancing our product.Your ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholderswill be essential in achieving project goals. •Collecting, quantifying & prioritizing product-relatedchallenges: You will actively gather and evaluate feedback fromusers, quantify challenges, and prioritize them for considerationby the product and engineering teams. Your insights will shape thefuture development of our product. • Seeking informationand building the product: You will proactively seek information tosolve conceptual problems and actively contribute to building andrefining our product. Your analytical skills and attention todetail will be crucial in understanding user needs and translatingthem into product improvements. • Driving GTM and globalrollouts: You will be responsible for driving the go-to-marketstrategy and leading global rollouts of our product. Your strategicthinking and project management abilities will ensure successfullaunches and adoption across different markets. •Identifying root causes and architecting solutions: You willinvestigate and analyze issues related to the product, identifyingtheir root causes and designing effective solutions. Yourproblem-solving skills and technical acumen will enable you totackle complex challenges. • Designing and implementingoperational systems and processes: You will contribute to thedesign and implementation of sophisticated operational systems andprocesses that optimize the efficiency and scalability of ourproduct operations. Your operational expertise will driveoperational excellence and streamline workflows. Requirements:• 7+ years of experience in product operations, productmanagement, or an operational role closely aligned with product andengineering teams. • 2+ years of experience managing ahigh-performing team. • Passion for delivering anoutstanding user experience and the ability to develop a deepunderstanding of complex products and their use cases. •Proficiency in data analysis, BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake,Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and superior presentation skills •Strong empathy for user problems and the ability to build effectivesolutions that address their needs. • Excellentmultitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiessimultaneously. • Problem-focused and solutions-orientedmindset, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a hands-onapproach. • Strong SQL skills and superior presentationskills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.• Prior experience in a fast-paced, product-driven techcompany.
