Main Responsibilities:
Monitor quality of all the meat Byproducts.
Ensure food safety and enforce pre-designed food safety standards.
Prepare weekly schedule of staff to smoothly complete the slaughtering processes.
Control the pace of production to avoid the in-process spoilage and Quality Losses.
Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
Maintain inventory levels of all the articles as per defined Min/Max Levels.
Monitor productivity rates and product standards to manage the process flow.
Required Qualification:Matriculation and Above
Experience:At least 2 years of experience as a meat cutter
Location:Landhi
