Duties & Responsibilities:• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.• Lead the development of innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.• Collaborate with internal teams to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies.• Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including advertising materials, promotional materials, and digital content.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders or existing customers, including vendors, media partners, and industry influencers.• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.• Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in luxury marketing.• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and networking opportunities.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.• Proven track record of success in commercial marketing leadership roles, with at least 7-10 years of high experience.• Extensive experience in luxury marketing, preferably within the luxury retail sector.Note:• Arabic male preferred, with fluency in both Arabic and English.• Immediate availability to join locally in Qatar or overseas within one (1) month.• Salary depends upon experience and can be discussed at time of interview.
