1. Develop and maintain a set of Project CostControl procedures, guidelines and flow charts tomeetproject requirements along with a standard costreporting process across all project EPC Contracts.2.Ensure cost data integrity across all EPC Contracts and make surecost information is accuratelycompiled and reported toProject Management to provide visibility on overall project coststatus andperformance.3. Direct project teamand provide guidance and expertise to Project Cost Engineersassigned to eachone of the EPCs and ensure commonunderstanding and standardized practice of costcontrolprocesses in terms of Value Of Work Done (VOWD)reporting, forecast updates, contractors changeorders,trend and contingency management and expendituresallocation.4. Support the Business Division Manager andlead the financial input into FundingPackagessubmittals, e.g. Advance Commitments (ACs), FullFunding (FF), Supplementary Funding wheneverrequired andrecommend budget transfers to ensure that all necessary funding isprovided andProject Cost At Completion is aligned withthe approved budgets.5. Development of Forecast costestimates and preparation of annual Work Program andBudget(WP&B) taking full consideration ofproject scope, progress achieved and pending to completescope.6. Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structure(WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) forthe overallNFE Onshore project consistent with project scope and reportingstructures requirementsacross project EPCs.7.Facilitate the monitoring of FEED and EPC contractors and project scost performance comparingto agreed control plans andrecommends corrective plans as required during project executionwiththe appropriate PMT personnel. Monitor, review andendorse FEED and EPC Contractors deliverablesin terms ofVOWD reporting, Trend Management and Earned ValueAnalysis
