Responsiblity:Liaising withstaff on all levels of the company to analyze and determine acomprehensive contract strategy.Designingstandardized language and guidelines forcontracts.Reviewing contracts for compliancewith language guidelines.Collaborating withinternal procurement, legal and human resources teams to ensurecontracts' compliance.Sharing andclarifying contract processes, conditions and details withmanagement, business partners andemployees.Obtaining contract-relatedinformation from relevant parties.Reviewingcontracts, verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies in linewith company rules and guidelines.Ensuringrelevant documentation accompany contracts, and maintaining digitaland hard copies of relevantdocumentation.Liaising between partiesregarding contract development, and negotiations regarding termsand conditions, and drafting and revising changes asrequired.Identifying potential risks contractchanges may pose to company.
