Key Responsibilities • EquipmentOperations and Maintenance: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge andproficiency in operating and maintaining SIPA filler, mass blendoperations, blow mold, SACMI Labellor, Robopack, AF Compressor,chiller, boiler, and other utilities equipment essential tobeverage production. • Compliance and Quality Assurance:Uphold adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuringstrict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.Maintain high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping throughout theproduction and maintenance areas. • Preventive MaintenanceExecute preventive maintenance tasks diligently, includingequipment lubrication and routine inspections, to minimize downtimeand optimize operational efficiency. • Yield Optimization:Possess expertise in optimizing yields for preform, syrup, CO2, andother production components, actively seeking opportunities forimprovement and efficiency enhancement. • Leadership andTeam Management: Lead and coordinate shift activities, fosteringteamwork, constructive relationships, and a problem-solving mindsetamong team members. Provide guidance, training, and motivation toensure peak performance. • Recordkeeping and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of raw materials usage, equipmentmaintenance activities, and production metrics using SAP or similarsystems. Prepare shift reports for submission to the ProductionSupervisor and facilitate finance audits as needed.
