Overview Our client is a leading mining company in Gauteng who is seeking an experienced Assistant Training Officer specializing in Lifting, Cranage & Rigging to join their team. Responsibilities: Developing and implementing effective training programs for lifting, cranage, and rigging Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify training needs Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards Maintaining accurate training records and documentation Providing coaching and mentoring to employees Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement Requirements: Grade 12 Trade Test Certificate OD - ETDP Certificate Assessor and Moderator's Certificate Recognized training qualification in Lifting, Cranage & Rigging Minimum of 3 years' experience in a mining environment Excellent knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Apply for this role today, contact Stefnie, Menina, Esmarie, Jonoke or Katijah You can also visit the Hire Resolve website: or email us:
