Full Stack Engineer Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum + Stock Options The company is a forward-thinking company dedicated to creating positive change through technology. Role Overview: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in a dynamic team dedicated to creating cutting-edge products for social good. You will have the opportunity to own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from design to rollout, working on projects that have a tangible positive impact on communities. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions. Take ownership of the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery. Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve development processes. Contribute to architectural and design decisions, considering scalability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production incidents. Requirements: 3-7 years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in React and Java is preferred, but candidates with a strong development background in other technologies will be considered. Demonstrated ability to articulate through a development lifecycle process. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
