Obilet.com, founded in 2012, is an end-to-end travel ticketing application listing hundreds of bus operators, airlines and ferry companies. Obilet also provides bus operators with a best-in-class Inventory Management System (IMS) in the form of SaaS. Obilet is the indisputable market leader in Turkey across both B2B and B2C segments with 400 bus carriers using its IMS software, 25 million monthly visitors, and 15 million app downloads. Obilet is projected to further strengthen its position among the largest travel ticketing applications globally by mediating more than 40 million ticket sales in 2024. Obilet has expanded its category offerings to include hotel bookings and car rental services, and initiated its international expansion with the aim of achieving one of the largest global market coverage in the industry. As a Human ResourcesManager, you will report to Human Resources Director with managing 2 direct reports and will play a role in implementing HR strategies and policies regarding HR Systems and Reporting, Personnel Affairs and Payroll Process, Compensation & Benefits, Performance management, Legal & Employee Relations. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the execution of outsource payroll and salary payment processes
  • Implement and develop C&B structure and strategies aligned with the organization's objectives and requirements
  • Renewing benefit plans, incorporating both monetary and non-monetary benefits based on the evolving needs of employees
  • Implement and manage reporting process for C&B and HR budget processes
  • Ensuring adherence to all legal, internal policies and employee relations requirements within the company
  • Managing Technopark and R&D processes and incentives and SGK, İşkur relations
  • Implement and maintain consistent and well structured policies and procedures
  • Monitoring internal HRIS program, HR systems and databases
  • Undertaking benchmarks, market research and analysis on HR subjects
  • Create HR metrics with relevant parties and actions to improve development areas
  • Supporting and guiding employee related issues and legal issues to employees and business managers
If you have;
  • 8+ years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Legal & Employee Relations in a fast-paced and multitask work environment
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Team management experience is a must
  • Experience of managing compensation packages, incentives and benefits
  • Knowledge of labor law and social security regulations
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS system
  • Understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
  • Result oriented, good analytical approach and ability to take ownership of duties
  • Good communicator, teammate, dedicated and business-minded personality
  • Proactive, Self-motivated and Self-starter with a positive approach
