Job Summary: The Technology Infrastructure Network team is responsible for the design, implementation and the maintenance of HKEX Technology Infrastructure. This includes computer storage, network, cloud and workplace technologies, supporting the HKEX external market systems as well as the internal corporate systems. Job Duties: We are seeking for an experienced network engineer to manage the day to day and also the mission critical network operations. You will have the opportunity to drive operational efficiency and process reviews. Responsibilities:
- Conduct the network performance (latency, burst, packet rate, packet drop, etc.) measurement, analysis, tuning, and monitoring of mission-critical networks
- Assist in automation for the existing network and system operations
- Collaborate with the network service providers and other parties on project implementation and production support
- Bachelor degree holder in IT related disciplines
- Minimum 5-year experience in the implementation and support of IP networks
- Skills to analyze network traffic and troubleshoot the network performance issues
- Good technical knowledge of enterprise network products, including switches, routers, firewalls, load-balancers, etc
- Knowledge of developing scripts with Python, Javascript, etc
- Knowledge of Corvil, ServiceNow, Ansbile, DevNet, and DevOps are in advantage.
