Senior Recruitment Consultant: Due to continued success and growth in the business, MCS Group are looking to add more Senior Recruitment Consultants to our teams. As a Senior Recruitment consultant, you will play a key role in helping MCS Group grow and fulfil our mission, by providing excellent service to both clients and candidates as a confident and dedicated 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant. While self-sufficiency and taking control of your own success is important, being able to work as part of a wider team and operation is essential. Essential Skills and Experience: Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience or billing at a Senior Consultant level. Experienced in 360 recruitment - you will need to be confident in your recruitment and business development skills. Desire to dictate your own career progression and earnings, providing evidence of self-learning and development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Influencing and problem solving skills. Organisational skills. Positive mental attitude. Desirable experience: Desire or ability to coach and mentor more junior members of staff. Responsibilities include: New business generation - make sales/canvass calls and carry out marketing activities. Meeting all agreed performance indicators set for the role. Setting up weekly Client visits - new and service. Attending relevant external/networking events to build your own profile and also MCS Group's profile within the market. Identifying and developing client/business relationships, growing market share within your specialist area. Developing client presentations and pitches with management and marketing team. Developing a set of client case studies within your specialist area to market to potential clients. What can you expect? Year 1 earnings easily north of £60,000. Year 2 £75,000 and beyond.
