A high-tech enterprise integrating scientific research, production and sales as a professional manufacturer of lubricant additive products. We are grouped into more than 40 categories with more than 200 varieties, such as detergents, dispersants, ZDDP, high-temperature antioxidants, anti-friction and anti-wear additives, gasoline engine oil packages, diesel oil packages, marine oil packages, industrial oil packages, fuel oil detergents and so on, with a total production capacity of 170,000 tons. Responsibilities:
- Analyze the local market situation, plan and implement the business plan, and achieve the business targets in line with the company’s strategy;
- Explore market opportunities, establish sales channels, develop and manage agents or distribution channels;
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis, strategize the marketing plan to promote the company's brand in local market;
- Build up the local team, be responsible for task allocation, training, performance management, and talent department.
- Bachelor degree in Chemical, Trading and relevant majors;
- 5-10 years work experience in the sales or marketing functions in Lubricant Additives industry;
- Strong in business acumen, innovation and account management;
- Leadership experience is highly preferred.
- Passion for building up from zero to 1.
- Willing to travel oversea when required.
- Passion for entrepreneurship.
