A top school group is looking for an experienced Head of School for its new campus in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experiences: Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in the field of education. Education: Masters of Education or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading and managing a premium outstanding school, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate staff, students, and the wider school community. Curriculum Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of American Curriculum and International Baccalaureate (IB) standards and best practices. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and board members. Innovative Thinking: Innovative and strategic thinking to drive continuous improvement and ensure the school remains at the forefront of educational excellence. Compliance: Knowledge of relevant educational regulations and compliance standards. Key Skills and Attributes: Proven leadership abilities Experience with the American Curriculum Strong communication skills Strategic thinking and planning capabilities Ability to foster excellence in both students and staff Commitment to staff development and continuous improvement Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership to the school community Foster a culture of excellence in teaching and learning Develop and implement plans for staff development and growth Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the school's success Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards Salary and Benefits: - Salary: Up to 4,000 Bahraini Dinar/month - Monthly Accommodation Allowance: 1,300 BHD - Tuition provided for the kids to be enrolled in the school as per our policy - Flight tickets provided Latest Start Date: June, with a requirement to be in the school. Nationality/Gender Preference: Preference for UK/American nationality. Age not more than 55, no gender preference. School Name: We are unable to disclose the information at the moment due to confidentiality reasons. Current Student Numbers: 300 students. School Grade Levels: KG to G12. Joining date is preferably at the end of May or end of June to prepare for the upcoming academic year. It's crucial for the selected candidate to be on the ground by June to evaluate the situation, particularly given the prestige of the school.
