Responsible for the full breadth of HR activities within your scope you’ll be the person we look to for guidance on all things people-related. Guaranteed pace and variety. Advising on employee relations, policy, procedure or local legislation. You might be coaching senior leaders one day then working with universities the next. Either way, you’ll be our go-to expert.- You’re an accomplished HR generalist, able to balance multiple competing priorities.
- Strong sense of responsibility and want to take ownership of projects and problems through to resolution.
- Work well independently but are also a supportive and collaborative team member.
- Build strong relationships based on trust. Importantly, you’re willing to challenge others and can coach managers at all levels.
