Requirements:Proven retail experience, preferably in a similar roleMinimum Matric qualification with mathematicsFamiliarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageousKnowledge of inventory procedures and stocktakingProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Responsibilities:Track orders, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely deliveryMaintain adequate stock levelsAssist with processing and tracking of ordersResolve customer queries and complaints with a focus on excellent serviceAchieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store goalsProcess point-of-sale transactions and handle product returnsComply with inventory control procedures and suggest improvementsBy submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTCs clients and/or verification information suppliers.
