In your role as a Store Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the store achieves its best merchandising performance and delivers an exceptional guest experience. You will also drive both the Candidate Satisfaction Index and the Employee Satisfaction Index by implementing employee and customer experience strategies. Your responsibilities include:. Lead in-store customer experience initiatives.. Planning the succession of team members in terms of readiness.. Enhance talent within the team through on-the-job training and extended placements in coordination with the personnel partner.. Oversee daily operations related to visual merchandising, retail point of sale compliance, sales team schedules and their commissions.. Provide in-store support including concessions according to business needs.. Act as the main point of contact with back office operations.. Ensure that the information team obtains customer data according to the marketing team's requirements..
