If you are passionate and driven, you will fit right in.About the role:As a Supervisor, Account Management you will mainly work on developing and growing the relationship with our clients specifically in the Banking Sector, and Telecom Sector to increase our revenue through upselling and cross selling of Dsquares solutions, liase with internal teams to advance client objectives and meet projects KPI's and business growth.You will become the focal point for Banking & Telecom clients, monitor and analyze program KPIs, and advise on best practices for program performance.Duties & Responsibilities:Maintain & handle Client relationship to ensure client's satisfactionInterpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations monthly, weekly and quarterlyRemain fully informed with market trends and implement best practices based on previous programAssess client's needs and propose relevant campaigns to maximize commissions generated from each clientPropose merchants relevant to each customer segmentMonthly meetings with clientsOverlook team member's performance and reportsFinding a way forward for each project to maximize commissionsRequirementsRequired Skills & Abilities:Excellent communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated and driven to improveComfortable to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of deadlinesEducation & Experience:3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or account managementDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related fieldStrong problem solving, analytical and lateral thinking and conflict management skillsBenefitsPrivate Medical InsuranceAnnual flightAnnual profit shareHybrid working environmentInclusive working environment with enhanced maternity and paternity benefitsWork and organizational culture which values learningRegular perks such as company social, wellbeing & CSR eventsYour Birthday OffExtra day of leave for every year of completion
