Dear ColleaguesIn support of ISUZU Motors South Africa's ongoing efforts to enhance organisational performance and provide employee development opportunities, the company is pleased to invite applications for the position of Utilities Engineer in the Technical OperationsCompetencies & SkillsElectrical/mechanical and service design, drawings, building processes, change control processes, construction and buy off.Knowledge of networks associated with metering, utility monitoring, generation emergency and renewable energy.Knowledge of Basic PLC Programs and HMI knowledgeKnowledge of AutoCAD.Ability to interpret, develop and confirm electrical/mechanical drawing designs and modifications taking load and fluid flows.Advanced comprehension of Health, Safety and environmental Standards, Policies, OSH Act, its regulations and South African National Standards, knowledge, understanding and interpretation of standards pertaining to manufacturing, buildings, utilities and facilities and Environmental Act Knowledge and Interpretation.Computer literacy, knowledge and experience in all Microsoft packages Word, Excel and Windows.Innovation, problem solving, analytical ability and a change agent in managing changeProject and contractor Management.Operational Excellence & Organisational Transformation consulting.Interpersonal Skill to work effectively with others Sets an example as powerful, prolific communicator who motivates and inspires others; collaborates with others to drive results.Focused on Results: Set goals that stretch contractors and the team; accepts responsibility for the performance of the work group; holds others accountable for results.Leading Change: Champions for constant change; simplifies the organization; links to the outside world and develops a strategic outlook.
