ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a leading global supplier of paints and coatings, and at their Tullamarine facility they specialise in manufacturing coatings & sealants for the aerospace industry. ABOUT THE ROLE Working within the team at Tullamarine and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible in ensuring the plant, machinery and equipment is maintained and operates at the most efficient, productive level possible and comply to all OH&S standards. You will also undertake repairs and maintenance of buildings and plant, oversee contractors and order/maintain safety spare parts inventory. BENEFITS Mon- Friday week. Hours of 7am-3pm The opportunity to develop your career within a supportive environment Uniform supplied Stable permanent role including all entitlements ie sick/annual leave etc ABOUT YOU Ideally minimum 2 years working in a Factory/manufacturing environment (eg Pharmaceutical/Food industries) Hands on Industrial equipment maintenance experience (toolmaker, fitter, basic engineering). A good knowledge in planning and scheduling maintenance work. Maintain good relationship with team members and contractors. Knowledge in pneumatic equipment and pumps is an advantage.
