About the Role: We are thrilled to collaborate with a premier property developer, which, despite its boutique size, manages a substantial portfolio of large-scale projects. Due to an increase in project workload and a growing pipeline, our client, a team of skilled development professionals, is now looking to hire a Senior Project Manager (Land). This strategic role involves overseeing the delivery of large-scale master plan community estates. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape a significant project that will have a lasting impact on the community. Responsibilities: Overseeing the development process for master planned communities, including the subdivision of land and infrastructure development. Coordinate with stakeholders including local authorities, contractors, consultants to ensure project goals are met. Day-to-day management of the land development process, ensuring compliance with legal, zoning, and environmental regulations. Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure projects such as civil engineering, landscaping, and utilities installation. Working closely with contractors and engineers to oversee these operations. Ensure that projects stay on schedule and within budget. Managing contracts, handling construction bidding, and overseeing contractors to achieve these goals. Develop comprehensive project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and progress reports for senior management. About You: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on land development for residential communities. Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams. Experience in working with authorities such as local councils and service authorities. Excellent rapport with subcontractors and established people management skills. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Advanced knowledge of project management software and tools. Deep understanding of the Western Australia property market and associated regulatory environment. Why Apply?
