About the Opportunity The primary purpose of the IT Helpdesk Support officer is to provide timely and effective technical support to all C&K employees. In addition, your duties will be as follows: Assist in identifying and resolving ICT related issues and troubleshoot to ensure the continuation of essential services. Deliver a proactive, cooperative and dependable service by analysing user needs and providing appropriate service. Contribute to related projects designed for the development, delivery and maintenance of ICT services. Contribute to the achievement of C&K objectives, goals and priorities, through the application of ICT knowledge, expertise and experience.Contribute to the development and implementation of ICT-related policies and procedures. About You Our ideal candidate will bring sufficient experience in a similar role and strong ICT knowledge. You will be a problem solver and will strive to provide outstanding customer service to C&K employees. Experience in providing technical advice, support and assistance on a range of ICT functions. Ability to undertake a variety of ICT tasks and project-based activities. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with a diverse group of customers. Ability to identify technical issues and apply analytical skills to develop appropriate solution. Experience in contributing to the continuous improvement of ICT policies and processes. Experience supporting and utilising Microsoft 365 apps, ITIL Ticketing Systems and various enterprise applications. Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and use sound judgement to achieve business objectives. Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one. Qualifications in Information Technology (highly regarded) C&K will cover the initial and renewal costs of a Blue Card and Police Check for all permanent and fixed term contract employees prior to the commencement of their duties.
