Corporate Finance ManagerJob Description The Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Manager to join our growing Corporate Finance team in Sydney. As a Manager, you will have the opportunity to make an impact on a wide array of engagements including M&A, debt advisory, capital raising, transaction services and strategic advisory services for our clients, across a range of industries, public and privatepanies and of various levels ofplexity. You will be a member of a high-performing, tight-knit, cohesive and oue-focused team that delivers high quality, technically sound advice, and deliverables to our clients. What will your typical week look like? Project managing and providing the key deliverables required for the successful execution of client engagements, such as financial models, Information Memorandums, and other reports depending on the nature of the engagement; Critically analysingpany data and market information; Building financial models or validating third-party models; Contributing to financial due diligence engagements by conducting investigations, developing high quality data books, and authoring associated reports; Undertaking industry andpany research for business development and marketing purposes; Interacting and building relationships with partners, clients, and any other key stakeholders both internal and external; Developing, coaching, and mentoring junior team members. Let's talk about you! You are someone with: A degree inmerce, finance, or accounting. CA/CPA, CFA and MBA are highly desirable; Minimum 5 years' experience in a Corporate Finance team within a large firm, investment bank or boutique advisory firm; In-house M&A/Corporate Development and buy-side investment experiences are also considered; A clear understanding of core corporate finance principles and experience in deal execution on M&A transactions, capital raisings, IPOs and/or othermercial transactions frommencement to conclusion; Previous experience in M&A Transaction Services and financial modelling, and exceptional financial analytics skills are highly regarded; The ability to work efficiently and flexibly across a variety of sectors, delivering a full range of services to clients; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders; Effective writtenmunication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PPT and analytical tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Debtwire and Merger Market.
