Clinical Pharmacist Grade 2 - Rotational

About the role This role involves the provision of high quality unit based clinical pharmacy services on a rotational basis including the opportunity to undertake credentialing for Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) and other advance scope of practice programs. Possible rotations to operational services including dispensary, manufacturing services and Ballarat Regional Integrated Cancer Centre (BRICC) may occur.Professional development is supported through regular in-service education including journal club meetings and support for seminar/conference attendance. In addition, professional support is provided through team-based structures as well as formal education programs including SHPA Residency Programs.Remuneration will be award-based according to experience.Key responsibilities include active contribution to: Provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services (assessment, intervention, advocacy and consultation) on a rotational basisEffective patient flow principlesMentoring and clinical supervision of pharmacy students, interns, foundation residents and other Grampians Health staffPharmacy and multidisciplinary team education programs Skills and experience Currently hold or be eligible for general registration with the Pharmacy Board of AustraliaPrior hospital pharmacy experience is preferred Culture & BenefitsAt Grampians Health, we recognise our staff are our greatest asset.
