Permanent role with exciting long term project opportunities Hybrid working arrangement - mix of office & WFH days Complex organisation and the opportunity to make a difference This is an opportunity to be the Project Manager on a full-suite SAP SuccessFactors implementation across Australia & NZ. This is a permanent role, with the opportunity to work in other areas of SAP after this initial SAP SuccessFactors project is completed.

This is a complex organisation with many business units. This SAP SuccessFactors project will affect around 3000 employees.

They are looking for a "hands on" project manager, who isn't afraid to step in, gather requirements and speak directly to stakeholders if required. They want a do-er, not a delegator!

Duties Manage project timeline, budget and risk assessments Balance group IT requirements, whilst ensuring that business needs are met Project planning, monitoring and regular reporting Engage and motivate the project delivery team Manage the stakeholders expectations and timelines Skills & experience Proven experience in delivering SAP HR/PY Projects, with experience in SAP SuccessFactors an added advantage At least 5-10 years' experience in Project Management Ability to operate effectively in a variety of different environments, decisive, and can easily adapt to change and competing demands Permanent role with long-term growth opportunities within SAP Flexible working arrangement.
