We bring together extraordinary people, like you, to build a better working world.What's in it for you?As our Senior Consultant within our Real Estate Advisory and Project Management team based in Melbourne, you will have the opportunity to:Work with a highly experienced team within a national practice with national coverage.Gain experience across multiple industry sectors as well as across functions within the EY Strategy and Transactions network.Assist with valuation assignments of stabilised property, development projects, and specialised assets.Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a range of projects and transactions.Assist on and be at the forefront of major urban renewal and infrastructure projects including the preparation of business cases, transaction strategies, and development advisory.Provide specialist due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across a range of asset classes.Undertake market research, trend analysis and contribute to thought leadership papers.Work on new and innovative housing models such as Build to Rent, Specialist Disability Accommodation, and Affordable Housing.Investigate and utilize new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to our clients.Support Project Managers on the delivery of complex business cases, buildings, and precincts.What we're looking forHere's our 'wish list', but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
