If you have an amazing ability to connect with people, are hungry for results, aren't afraid to pick up the phone and are dedicated to professional development, we want to hear from you!Job tasks and responsibilitiesThe role of a Buyers agent is to educate and develop Real Estate knowledge and skill sets. The Buyers Agent will undertake the management of buyers and must engage buyers to inspect available properties and encourage offers and bids at auction to complete a sale.Your key duties include (but are not limited to): Generate qualified leads and help build a strong pipeline of prospects for the agent you representVerify, update and maintain your agent's databaseManage all buyer appointmentsMake outbound calls to potential clients in assigned territoriesSchedule and confirm appointments with clients for your agentEnsure that all buyers experiences reflect the highest level of customer servicePrepare reportsAttend some appraisalsAttend inspections (open homes, final, valuations etc)Conduct some negotiationsAttend to all inquiries and leads and follow up attendees post inspectionAttend auctions and qualify buyers prior to auctionsAttend regular coaching and training sessions Skills, attributes and experience Strong communication skillsA high level of initiative, organisation and time management skillsProfessional communication both written and verbalAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Possess a strong work ethicCorporate, professional presentationHold a current Agent Representative Certificate, driver's license and have your own vehiclePrevious experience in sales and/or real estate will be highly regarded
