Today, we're a family of over 700 passionate "Keypathers" worldwide.Work Anywhere:At Keypath Education Australia, flexibility is our strength.We put our people first, allowing you to choose where you work - from home, in the office, or both.Job Description As a senior appointment within the Student Operations team the Associate Director, Sales / Admissions will oversee a large teamto achieve desired performance metrics for our university partners and online postgraduate programs.The Associate Director, Sales / Admissions monitors and measures revenue performance across the portfolio and derives actionable insight to inform strategy and drive continual improvement and innovation.This role is accountable for developing and delivering on our partner portfolio start and revenue targets, regular reporting of performance to the Asia-Pacific executive leadership team.A strong people leader, the Associate Director, Sales / Admissions ensures the continual development of a high-performing Admissions leadership team and facilitates a team culture that encourages collaboration, customer-centricity, data-driven decision-making, and a constant drive for improvement.
