The Healthlink Crew (THC) are a multifaceted company focussed on delivering delicious, contemporary food with a modern twist. Our head office is based in Burwood, with our 6 cafe sites found within popular Aquatic and Recreation Centres. We also provide catering from small to large private and corporate events. The Crew have also extended the brand to provide a new sub-brand, called Portions - this is a focussed on delivering fresh, nutritious, and ready-made meals. Join our dynamic team in a pivotal role where you'll be immersed in the day-to-day operations of Human Resources. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll directly interact with our Café staff, Wholesale customers, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless HR processes. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to - day operations. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, these include: Conducting full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Managing employee relations by addressing queries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Assisting with rosters Collaborate with department managers to assess and fulfill staffing needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Support performance management processes, including goals setting, performance reviews and employee development plans. Facilitating training and development to ensure correct work habits. Daily engaging with our staff and being involved in the performance review process in accordance with The Healthlink Crew brand guidelines and standards. Ensuring workplace safety and staying informed about industry regulations and compliance. Other responsibilities include ad-hoc admin tasks, onboarding and offboarding of staff, assisting with staff scheduling and assisting other departments where necessary. Previous HR experience is preferred. Your experience and skills: Working in a fast paced environment Multi - tasking on a daily basis Minimum 1 year experience in HR Experience providing support and advice to supervisors and managers in performance management. Work collaboratively with all departments Approachable, personable and have the ability to build rapport easily with a diverse range of people. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices Excellent problem solving & analytical skills. Strong leadership, with an ability to motivate employees at all levels. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with different stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
