The Opportunity

The Senior Delivery Manager is responsible for the delivery of high quality, effective project and programme services to the wider business within required timeframes and budgets. You will drive positive engagement with sponsors and stakeholders, working closely with the wider Program Optimisation team to ensure success through use of integrated planning, resourcing and governance.

You will provide direction, scope, prioritisation and appropriate scheduling on multiple projects and key initiatives. Creating significant value through partnering closely with Bupa key stakeholders.

The role will be accountable to:

Manage and monitor program delivery schedules to effectively achieve key deliverables (timing/budget/scope).Identify and track risks ensuring mitigation and solutions are developed in a timely manner.Provide strategic advice and guidance to influence prioritisation on backlog management, and key deliverable dates.Engage and motivate stakeholders with clear direct communication encouraging role accountability.Prioritise initiatives and programs in line with the Health strategy and delivery hub initiatives, mapping and accounting for flow on impacts to the wider business unit.Work with a broad range of stakeholders providing strong partnering on business decisions to ensure programs and engagement outcomes are met.Ensure that appropriate controls are in place to ensure the sustainability and ownership of the relevant business areas.Stay connected to and contribute to Bupa's product delivery and go to market frameworks. About You

Success in this key leadership role will require you to bring:

Experience in working in optimisation, delivery and design environments supported by degree level education in a relevant discipline.Cloud 4 Healthcare experience highly regardedProgram/ project manager qualifications highly sought (Agile, Scrum, Prince).Comprehensive experience in program delivery with application of popular methodologies and frameworks.Outstanding product focus, stakeholder engagement and management skills, with demonstrable experience working closely with wider product teams.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mobilise teams through complex process and problem-solving meeting tight delivery schedules.Proven experience in detailed program scoping and implementation.A strong understanding of product delivery and optimisation with a customer centric approach.Demonstrated process design experience.Experience leading and successfully delivering mid-scale programmes, ideally in a services industry with deep improvement expertise.
