We are looking for a Supervisor Contractor Management with a strong safety leadership focus to ensure the safe execution of our rail projects and contractor management. You will be leading a high performing, multi-disciplined contractor maintenance team working across a broad range of assets and work locations, making this role both challenging and interesting. You will have a diverse portfolio looking after not only contactor management but also long-term maintenance and capital projects execution.

This role is a great opportunity to showcase your influencing and stakeholder management skills. Working a 8 days on, 6 off roster and reporting to the Rail Operations Superintendent, you will be:

Supporting the global contractor management governance program, so that there is a uniform approach to system use, data analytics and compliance Driving change that adds value and create efficiencies to process/system for contractor management Managing the engagement and performance of external contractor and suppliers and monitor the quality and standard of services delivered by external contractors Communicate incidents and banners throughout partner groups Conduct in field verifications to ensure the safety of our frontline teams Support facilitation of daily pre starts Ensure high risk work permits align to risk profile About you To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

Exposure to contract management in mining operations, procurement and/or project management Strong problem solving skills with strategic and analytical capability Ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple programs of change/continuous improvement activities Ability to achieve outcomes through influence and collaboration with others A current and valid 'C Class' manual driver's licence Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills Leadership experience and be confident in leading, respectfully challenging and developing team members It will also be beneficial if you have:

Previous experience with contractor management systems i.e. civil, Rail, Site Services. Experience with SAP in an operational or maintenance environment Where you will be working Our privately owned and operated rail network is an essential part of our integrated production process and services our 15 mines across the Pilbara via 1,700km of track. With depots located at Tom Price, Cape Lambert and Dampier (7 Mile), each train is operated by a single driver and comprises up to three locomotives and 240 ore cars stretching to approximately 2.7 kilometres in length with over 40 trains operating per day. We are also applying and adapting technology to improve safety and productivity across our rail network.

Our network is the largest privately owned and operated heavy haul rail system in Australia, and as we focus on the future, our vision is to become the greatest heavy haul railway in the world.
