The Role Provide leadership, management and development to the Customer Support teamAllocate work effectively as per business needs and act as an escalation point for complex customer issues Initiate, lead and drive initiatives and process improvements within the Customer Support teamPartner with various internal stakeholder groups across the business to drive customer centric solutionsIntermittently step in to help the team work through the service queue and get on the phone to customersAs the Customer Support Team looks after Stryker products under repair & servicing, this is an onsite role at our St Leonards office.
