Maintenance Technician Mechanic

DescriptionRosen Australia Pty Ltd is hiring for a Maintenance Technician Mechanic to assembles, repairs and tests equipment used for various kind of products & services and provide the associated documentation. As and when required, they will also prepare and execute field service activities.Main ResponsibilitiesPreparing and assembling the mechanic equipment in accordance to drawings, parts lists, manuals and configurations provided by Tool CustomizerVisual checking of all mechanic modulesRepairing equipment according to given instructionsChecking all equipment for completeness and correct function, in order to ensure that the equipment fulfill the job requirements as specified.Documenting assembled equipment in ROSEN software databases, and reporting documentation problemsProviding the required test reports and other documentationSupporting site personnel in mechanic mattersCarrying out all activities in accordance with the ROSEN Quality & HSE guidelines and instructionsPrepare & Execute shipments between workshop and site.Confirm incoming & outgoing material is free from hazardous substances.  RequirementsRequired Skills:Mechanically minded, good skills in assembling equipmentWillingness to travel as per operational needsGood skills in using a variety of hand/ power toolsUnderstanding of mechanical drawingsGood communication skillsTrouble shooting skills, ability to solve problems & look for improvementsEducation & Experience:Education/work experience with emphasis in mechanicsAbility to pass medical checks as well as multiple client-site required drug and alcohol testsProof of COVID Vaccine    Our OfferThe role is Full Time Employment and based in Melbourne, Australia.Competitive salary package according to the Australia market.Provide development opportunities and career opportunities in the region with strong family characterAn open corporate culture in which it is fun to contribute its own ideas and commitment ROSENis a leading privately owned company that was established as a one-man business in 1981.
