About the role The project coordinator will report to a Senior Program Manager and will be responsible to provide support to the Senior Program Manager as director as well as general project support to multiple Project Managers eg. scheduling, planning, PowerPoint presentations Responsibilities: Project management coaching and support, with a high customer service focus for the Future Planning Program Manage the program schedule Fortnightly and monthly and other reporting (including the use of finance and value apps) Support planning including sprint planning, 1 year planning, retrospectives, act as the AGILE SCRUM MASTER for program and some work streams Administer the Program including management and facilitation of program registers (risk, decision etc), program routines and calendars Forecasting and account reconciliation support as required Required skills: A proven experienced in Agile Scrum Master/Coaching and Waterfall methods Experienced in MS Teams Project version or the ability to pick up systems quickly Experienced in MS Project full version Expert in MS Office especially MS Teams and PowerPoint at advanced level Capital projects would be good but not mandatory Take the next step - APPLY NOW!
