Does statutory work for the coal mining industry interest you? Undertake work injury damages; act for a few insurers as well as NSW Govt Departments; Coal mining industry NSW Government Departments 3-6 years' PAE Skills & experience You will be a workers' compensation lawyer at the Associate or Senior Associate level who has Defendant workers' compensation experience . The role Will see you report to one Partner who undertakes coal mine work and provide advice to a few insurers and NSW Government Departments including Health, Education and emergency services including NSW Police, Fire & Ambulance . You will be involved in several jurisdictions including the Workers' Compensation Commission and the District Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court .
