Are you looking for a position where you can actively influence day to day decisions and help shape the strategy of the business? A 12-month contract, collaborating closely with key stakeholders, providing financial insights and guidance to drive informed decision-making in relation to cost and investment. Reporting to Head of Operations - Finance, you will provide financial support for significant Tip Top operational capital projects, ranging from $30M-$130M. Travel is an essential requirement for this role due to our exciting range of projects being located across multiple states. This role is a blended role for office and home working, with up to four days per week at sites. Responsibilities include but not limited to; * Establishing and maintaining fit-for-purpose capital spend reporting, including commitment reporting; FX hedging and cash flow * Developing, documenting, and implementing financial project controls * Establishing and maintaining a project governance framework * Providing financial review of contracts through construction phase through to close out * Managing FX hedge forecasting, tracking and accounting for all foreign currency capital purchases * Initiating contracts close out processes, including finalisation of claims and management of contracts to end of defects liability period About You This role will require a good understanding of the capital process and will require the development of strong relationships with members of the National Engineering Team. * Degree qualified and CPA, CIMA or CA fully qualified * Minimum 3 years' experience in similar project finance roles * Minimum 5 years' Post Qualification finance experience * Able to use strategic financial planning and partnering to challenge and advise senior stakeholders in through a range of communication channels * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint * Strong capability to be able to draw insight and analysis from financial and non-financial data, communicating effectively to a range of stakeholders * Ability to travel interstate and work flexibly across locations as required About Us Tip Top is a business division of GWF.
