Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain ANZ, we have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Optimisation Manager to join our Tip Top team.

Based in North Ryde with flexible hybrid working conditions this role manages the National Planning & Materials supply across the Tip top network, whilst optimizing the network supply activities and to manage key Supply chain procurement activities. This role is very diverse and requires a high level of leadership and business acumen to ensure whole of systems/business thinking.

Purpose of the Role Overall management of the operational stream of Major Projects (Operational & Supply Chain) as directed by the Head of Supply Chain ANZEstablish project governance including charter, plans, issues & risks registers, dependency mapping and costed manifestsLead the Supply planning & material supply national team including S&OP comms and NPD product set up to ensure effective launch to market and ongoing material supplyLead IBP Supply planning process and participate in other IBP work streamsEnsure workstreams & process are continually reviewed and improved as part of a continuous improvement mindsetManage imported direct material supply activities and develop relationships with key stakeholdersEstablish and execute stakeholder management plan and communication frameworkManage and lead the Freight & Warehouse procurement and other Supply chain procurement activities as prescribed including delivery in terms of costs, timeframes, quality to agreed service levelsLead and support the business strategy in network optimisation across the bakery network, including where made where sold, line capacity, network constraints and future capital requirementsAbout You The ideal candidate will have:

5-7 years of relevant management experience (within supply chain and FMCG - food preferable)Experience managing different types of projects including strategy, business change, evaluation and selection, IT, infrastructure deploymentUnderstanding of Supply Chain / Operations discipline and function within FMCGStrong business acumenStrong interpersonal skills and comfortable working in a matrix organisationFlexible and agileAbout Us We are Australia's leading brand of quality bread and bakery products.
