Position Summary Provide Exceptional Customer Service, Face to Face and Phone Provide High Level Administration Support Full Time & Part Time Positions AvailableThe main focus of the Administration Customer Officer is to co-ordinate patient flow throughout the Specialist Consulting Clinics and to provide high quality customer service, including sensitivity when dealing with clientsIt is the responsibility of the Administration Customer Officer to provide administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective & efficient administration operationsThe Administration Customer Officer reports to the Outpatient Services Manager and is responsible for undertaking clerical functions within the Specialist Consulting Clinics About Monash HealthMonash Health is the largest public health service in Victoria, We are proud to provide health care to one quarter of Melbourne's population, across the entire lifespan from newborn and children, to adults, the elderly, their families and carers.
