At Ouyang & Lee Associates,We are currently offering a work experience placement as a component of Practical Legal Training. The successful applicant will be working in the below areas:Property Law(conveyancing& lease)Migration LawCommercial LawEmployment LawFamily LawContract LawCriminal LawIPTortsWe also have cases with Tribunals and FCC/FCA which you may be required to assist with.You will also be involved in the legal practice innovation program and building an online national legal service platform.Duties may include but not limited to the followings:Drafting of legal documentsDrafting correspondencesDrafting letter of demands;Drafting settlement offers;Filing documents into court,Compiling evidenceLiaison with different parties,General administrative works. To be successful, a candidate must be:Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsGood attention to detail and time management skillsBe able to work 2-3 days a week (block placements are also available)Only short listed candidates will be notified. We can provide legal training programs tailored to your needs. We understand your needs and we are here to support you to learn.
